You don't have to 'squeeze science in', make science part of every lesson, even art and craft!

This hands on workshop is designed for teachers interested in integrating creative science experiments into the standard school curriculum. Suitable for all K to 6 Teachers.

Emphasis is placed on demonstrating cost effective experiments that have been shown to have a real impact on children's understanding of basic scientific processes.

Participation is actively encouraged, including a teacher resource pack for further lesson plans.

Requirements

- Appropriate for up to 30 teachers (maximum)

- 6 tables arranged around the edge of the room

- Access to running water

- Access to an OHP, whiteboard and electrical power

- Duration 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your timeframe

- Set up time 45 minutes and pack up time 45 minutes
