Least concern.
Most abundant in southern Australia

Habitat

Ocean, bays, piers and jetties.
Food Source

Small fish swallowed underwater.

Nests

Roosts in old rock burrows and nests made of seagrass and sticks.
Two white eggs often stained green or brown.
Breeds August to February.
