Status
Least concern. Common in Eastern Australia.
Habitat
Open grassland, dry eucalypt 'sclerophyll' forests & woodlands, parks and gardens.
Description
Stands up to 2 metres, with males weighing around 66kg. Groups can range from 3 to >100's in good conditions. Nocturnal, being most active at twilight (i.e. crepuscular).
