Banksia oblongifolia
Scientific Name
Banksia oblongifolia Family: Proteaceae Flowering Time March to July. Pale yellow spike up to 10cm high. Habitat Found commonly throughout the Sydney region on sandstone and Castlereagh soils. The underside of the variably toothed leaves have a thick rusty felt running along the main leaf vein. Stands to 2 metres. Can be confused with Banksia integrifolia and Banksia serrata.
