Flowering Time

Spring to early summer. Small soiltary white flowers (5mm) on erect stalks.

Habitat

A creeping herb with ascending kidney shaped leaves. Common in moist shady situations.

Can be confused with Viola hederaceae however it's leaves are non-toothed, hairy and dull in colour.
