Flowering Time

August to January. Pink flowers in a terminal spike.

Habitat

Found in moist forests and woodlands on sandstone and clay soils - not found on Hawkesbury sandstone. Tufted leaves found at the base of the plant.

Easily mistaken for Stylidium productum, a trigger plant found on Hawkesbury sandstone where the leaf tufts are found at the end of sprawling aerial stems.
