Monash University
Open Day

Ben was absolutely fantastic - he was funny, engaging and the feedback on the show from both the kids and parents was fabulous! Ben also had the challenge of dealing with numbers that far exceeded any of our expectations, based on planning from previous years - which Ben also handled amazingly.  So I just wanted to take this opportunity to pass on this feedback to Fizzics Education, but also for you to pass on the Ben as we think he is a fantastic asset to your team.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic time our students had at the Geology Rocks incursion at Eastlakes Public School today. They learned so much and couldn't stop talking about all the great activities. The teachers were equally impressed with the professional development session after school. Ben was a wealth of information and made it easy for the students to understand what they had to do. His workshop for the teachers was informative and entertaining. Thanks for a great day.

Homebush West Public School
Forces, Friction & Movement + Little Life

All of the students and teachers who attended the 'Forces, Friction and Movement' workshop on Monday thoroughly enjoyed the experience, particularly the nature of the presenter and the hands-on activities you provided. One of our school focus points is that we encourage our students to be active learners and that's exactly what your program allowed our students to do! Our students were able to actively engage and participate in their own learning and they loved it! They were also able to make connections to their current science topic as well as their everyday life experiences, and develop their knowledge and understanding of scientific forces and movements.

Thank you so much Fizzics Education! Not only were your activities fantastic but your presenter for the day, Jeanette, was equally amazing! I have received such positive feedback from both teachers and students commenting on the workshop and also the energy and presentation of the presenter - the kids loved her! Thank you again for a fantastic experience, we look forward to working with you again in the future :)

John Berne School
Liquid Nitrogen Show, Chemistry Show and Stars & Planets Workshop.

I would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful workshops Holly provided this week for our students at the John Berne School, Lewisham. On arrival I explained to Holly the nature of our students. Each student has a disability encompassing learning difficulties, behaviour disorders and mental health issues. Holly appeared unperturbed by my disclosure and confidently assured me she had much experience with students of all limitations and would endeavour to run her workshops with this in mind.
We couldn't be more pleased with Holly's professional manner and easy going nature. She made her verbal explanations accessible to the students and catered each workshop right at the level of our student’s intellectual capabilities and behavioural needs. Holly's vast knowledge and great enthusiasm for all things scientific was evident and truly helped to keep our students engaged and interested for each 40 minute workshop. Keeping our students engaged for this length of time is difficult at the best of times. But for Holly to be an unknown educator to our students in a subject which many of our students find boring and she could still manage to keep them behaving and listening is credit to her wonderful capacity as an educator. The students truly appreciated the knowledge they have gained and the fun they had watching such innovative and exciting experiments.

Manly Village Public School
Light & Colour

All the Year 1 teachers of Manly Village Public School want to thank you for the interesting and informative Light and Sound incursion that Ben delivered to us yesterday. The children were shown many different examples of how light and sound work such as the Newton's wheel, the slinky and the shadows on the screen. Ben was very professional and enthusiastic and gave simple explanations that the year 1 students could understand. He arrived early and was set up and ready to go at the arranged times. Many thanks for the educational show and we will be sure to recommend Fizzics Education to other teachers in our school and other colleagues.

Hambledon Road Public School, Quakers Hill:
Astronomy night

A very BIG thank you to you and your team for the successful workshops you ran on Friday night. After a quick talk with the kids this morning they were still very much on a high about the night. I specifically asked them about the workshops and they thought they were all excellent. As one child put it, "I didn't know we were having professionals run the workshops, I thought it was just going to be the teachers!". I was concerned that by the third workshop they would be a bit flat but you all managed to keep them entertained right to the end. Well done!! I also appreciated your flexibility through out the planning stages and the evening. Thanks again for an astronomical night!

K. Montgomery, Lindfield:

We really wanted to thank your company for the wonderful job that you did at my son's 7th birthday party last weekend. The presenter did a terrific job; the 7 year old's were just fascinated with everything he said and showed them. It has really inspired a lot of them. I have had so many Mums and Dad's come up to me in the last week relaying conversations that they had with their children about the science experiments. The slime, the bubbles, the liquid nitrogen, the explanations about the composition of the air we breathe, sounds waves, etc. etc.. was incredible, the parents learnt a lot too! Thank you so much. The party made the day!

N. Rickard, Greensborough:

Absolutely brilliant and the kids loved it! How easy was this was for us! All we had to do was provide a space and some food, Fizzics did everything else to make this such a memorable party. Everything was fantastic/entertaining and just the right length. Presenter was brilliant, thanks so much!

D. Shacklock, St Huberts Island:

I was very impressed by your party, it was wonderful and well worth the money. I was happy with the presenter, he was very courteous, professional, great with the kids and was 10 minutes early ... thanks so much for the continual correspondence which was great and actually going to the effort of coming up to the central coast---- my son had a great day and I cant say enough about how professional and great the presenter was.

A. Cohen, Maroubra:

Just wanted to say thanks for a brilliant party. The presenter was an absolute star - he handled the boys brilliantly. The thought of 15 ten year old boys at a party would be enough to scare even the most hardened party giver but the presenter had them entranced. Many thanks for the one of the best parties we've had.

H. Dongas, San Souci

My daughter's party was fantastic! Very entertaining & informative, the children had a wonderful time but also gained knowledge without realizing. For the first 20 minutes you would not have guessed that you were at a 6 year old's party - you could hear a pin drop as they were absolutely captivated by what Darren had to teach. Some of us adults learned a thing or two - the new buzz at home is SCIENCE! I will recommend your company to anyone who will listen.

M. Gibson, Silverwater

Firstly, thank you so much for the most awesome party! My sons were thrilled beyond belief and I can’t tell you how delighted my husband and I were at your professional and beautiful handling of 20 nine-year olds. I have had reports from all the other parents that their children could not stop talking about our party and all the wonderful things that they did and learnt. Thank you for making our party such a success and also so easy for me to run. On top of running an excellent science presentation and workshop, your friendly crowd control enabled me to enjoy myself and the dry ice for the volcano cake was hilarious! Fabulous report with the learners.

For extending a love and interest in science, we all thank you for promoting this essential life-skill which will hopefully become a passion and career for some/many of the kids who celebrated our boys’ birthday.  For making it such a fun and educational party, thank you. I didn’t need Panadol afterwards! It was a memorable event which will be treasured by all of us. They didn’t even know they were being educated!

Thanks again. I can’t tell you how much I personally appreciate all your extra effort and pleasant attitude towards us all. Outstanding presentation!

M. Player, Chatswood

Just wanted to let you know that my son had an absolutely fabulous 8th birthday party thanks to a wonderfully designed & very professional show from Fizzics Education. Highlights included the giant bubbles, slime, smoke machine and the amazing liquid nitrogen display.

Highly recommended and certainly worth the money - wonderful memories are made from experiences like this. Many thanks to Amanda who handled the challenge beautifully. All the best...

M. Kono, Willoughby

We had such a great party! Darin was a great demonstrator and everyone loved all the experiments. [My daughter] is very happy that everyone has been telling her how fun it was. Thank you very much!

J. McMaster, Dundas

I just wanted to email you following our very successful 6th Birthday Party which we held today for our son.  Please pass on my sincerest thanks to your staff member, Amanda, for what was a thrilling and memorable experience for our son, our family and our friends.  As you can see from a few photos that I have attached (I have about 150 more!), Amanda had the children totally mesmerized.  The children thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and we could not have been happier with the outcome.  Amanda was polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly clearly happy to be there sharing the experiences with the children.  Planning a birthday party for your child is a stressful event, and there is always the concern that 'out-sourcing' will result in a disappointment.  I was so pleased that this was not the case today. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to speak with Amanda before she left, but please pass on my personal thanks to her, for what was a magnificent afternoon!

S. Antulov, Waverly:

The kids absolutely loved it! They all wanted to take home their slime... and were talking about it for ages afterwards. The parents had fun too.

A. Ricardo, North Rocks:

The mums kept telling me how excited their kids were about coming to my son's science party. Some of the boys said it was the best party ever! Strong praise from active seven year olds...

M. Mizushima, Killara

Thank you so much for the party you ran today.  It was a great success, and everyone including parents enjoyed so much.  Most importantly the birthday boy was so happy.  Kids enjoyed as well learned a lot, and you have kept all the kids between the age of 2 to 13 under such a good control. I can certainly recommend your party to anyone.

J. Bullock, Harbord:

The boy's had a fantastic time. Pouring rain, 16 very active 8 year olds - it was (still) the best party we've had. Great interaction, well organised and learning in a fun way.

K. Roughley, Penrith

We just wanted to thank your company for a wonderful, professional and well delivered 5 year old birthday party! My son and all his friends had a ball….I am sure some of the mums there will be booking in very soon!. It was a wonderful day. Thanks so much.

E. Conoplia, Willoughby

Just wanted to pass on a huge thanks - the presenter was absolutely fantastic.
He was patient, great with the kids and a really nice guy, which all made for a fantastic party which all the kids enjoyed. You never really know how these things are going to turn out on the day, and I have to say, I couldn't have been more impressed. Please pass on my thanks to Darren as well. With 18 children I don't think I really got to thank him after he packed up! Thanks again.

S. Summers, North Rocks:

Age related, lots of activities; a balanced combination of instruction and hands on. Above all, interest was held by 13 eight year olds which is indicative of a good program.

T. Davenport, Chatswood:

The program appealed across a range of age groups and cross-gender. The children enjoyed the variety of activities and the pace of the presentation. As parents we especially liked the way the children were encouraged to inquire & learn in a non-academic fashion.

Z. Pavri, Naremburn:

The feedback I got from the parents was that the kids went straight home and tried out their science packs! For 8 year olds this was perfect! Thank you very much!

M. Burgess, Manly:

Thank you for running a great party yesterday. It was a big hit with all the boys and the birthday boy absolutely enjoyed himself... a wonderful mix of fun and learning.

Z. Sgangarella, Frenchs Forest:

Thank you for running an outstanding party. My son told us it was even better than he thought and he had high expectations. The other children also raved about it. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

F. Mitterer, Kings Park:

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for helping make my son's birthday party a big success on Saturday. All the kids loved it and were still talking about it this morning when I dropped him at school. Thanks very much.

J. Nipperess, Dundas:

I just wanted to say thank you for the party today. The presenters did an absolutely wonderful job. All the kids had a great time (and the parents enjoyed it as well).I would have to say that this is the best children's party I've been too (and that's an unbiased opinion). Since the kids started school (they are in Year 1), I don't think I've been to a party where someone doesn't end up in tears or fighting with some other kid. Both the boys and the girls were amazed at the experiments. It was absolutely fantastic.

G. Stockley, Beecroft:

Please pass on my thanks to the two guys that did the science party for my son. It was a real hit, particularly the liquid nitrogen, and I will be sure to recommend Fizzics to others. Thanks again.

T, Nissen, Middle Cove:

Just wanted to thank you so much for making our son's birthday such a great day for him. He certainly enjoyed himself and was dead to the world even before his head hit the pillow that night! I have had such positive feedback from everyone. A lot of the parents have commented that the activities you did with their kids were obviously educational and fun as their kids are still referring to them! Well done and thank you again. I will certainly recommend you to other families!

L. Rose, Palm Beach:

The presenter was awesome, he keep all the kids engaged, they were as quiet as mice!! I wish you guys could come every weekend and entertain our children! Thank you all for making the party a lot of fun for us all!

C. Borazio, Kings Langley:

The children were all from different age levels and were kept entertained the whole time. I was very impressed with everything that was offered... from the moment I inquired through to the day of the party. I had nothing but great feedback from the parents and children and I recommend Fizzics highly for any other parties. Thank you for making the day for my daughter and her friends.

D. Kusevskis-Hayes, Dulwich Hill

I would like to say thank you to your facilitator for a professional, fun, exciting and educational presentation at my son's 9th birthday party last Saturday. The kids were challenged, engaged, stimulated and enthusiastic. They said that it was the birthday party they ever went to! The parents have commented that the kids didn't stop talking about the party all weekend! The mix of robotics and the excitement of the liquid nitrogen display provided a magical birthday experience. The presenter had the children enthralled, under control and well fed- the ice cream making was my son's personal highlight! A huge commendation to the presenter who was comfortable with the children, well organised, extremely knowledgeable and skilled with the material to be covered. Thank you again and I will highly recommend your organisation!

H. Joannides, Roseville

Many thanks for a fun, interactive & innovative party on Saturday. My son & his friends had a great time. Positive feedback coming back from parents ... hope you are already forward thinking for new party themes for next February!

C. Johnson, Ryde.

I’ve heard great feedback from the parents, I’d say the party was a definite success!

C. Jackson, Northbridge

Thanks for a great party yesterday. The boys really enjoyed it – and so did we! The whole mix of programming, practicing and playing was perfect!

C. Rowlands, Engadine.

Just a quick thank you for the party you did for us today.
My son has told me that it was the best party ever and he would like another one the same next year, and also for his 18th and 21st!!! What a hit. All the children enjoyed it, as did my husband and myself.
Thank you for your punctuality and friendly, professional manner. It made the party very stress free from my point of view. My son has told me he will have robot dreams tonight. They were "awesome and fully sick" in the words of a 9 year old! A huge thank you once again for everything.

A. Batho, Balmain.

The party was great. The presenter was a champ – he had the kids fully engaged and having a ball the whole time. I particularly appreciated him giving my son a bit of extra robot time at the end.

Alpha Beta Kindergarten College

Lots of activities for (the) children to experiment with. The presenter gained the children's attention quickly, with a good mix of presenting and time for individual experiences. Plenty of teaching opportunities and engaging for the students.

Beaumont Bears

Thank you for a wonderful morning, our children were really involved and have learnt a lot! Even the 2 year olds were interested!

Lucas St Child Care

We liked the fun way it was presented. Allowing children to investigate 'why'... questioning the children.
We recommend for future use for other centres. Thanks a heap for a great morning!

KU Gwynneville Preschool

Presenter was friendly and spoke clearly and kindly to the children.
The children got to do hands on activities and get involved in the presentation.

Ellerman Child Care Centre

We thought it was fantastic, enjoyable and inspiring. Great variety of hands on resources... the presenter did not patronise the children. The children were talking about their 'learnings' all afternoon! Highly informative and entertaining!

and the list goes on!
