What to bring to our holiday programs

  • snacks for breaks (including lunch if your child is staying for the whole day)
  • hat
  • water bottle
  • any medications – any child that requires an EpiPen must bring a minimum of 1 on the day in association with the ASCIA Guidelines as well as associated Anaphylaxis Management Plans
  • Requirements, FAQs & Allergy Policy

If children want to stay for the full day, simply book your child into the 2 x half day workshops and we’ll take care of them during the break! These holiday workshops sell out quickly – get in early to ensure that you don’t miss out!

EpiPens

We take anaphylaxis seriously. Any child that requires an EpiPen must bring a minimum of one EpiPen on the day in association with the ASCIA Guidelines. Please give all the information about the allergic condition to our presenters. For the safety of your child, we cannot have them on-site without their prescribed EpiPen.

NB: No peanuts allowed on-site.

Sign in & Out

  • A Parent or Guardian is required to sign the child in upon arrival and then sign them out when picking them up after the workshop.
  • An emergency contact number is needed, as well as the name and phone number of the person picking up your child.
  • Please arrive on time for the program commencement and conclusion.

Refunds

Refunds may be available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Where is the program being held?

The Education Annex is located within Bicentennial Park in Sydney Olympic Park. To get there, enter the park via the Australia Avenue gates and follow the signs around to the P10F carpark (it is almost at the park exit). Once you reach P10F, the Annex is just across the road – just inside the gate at the corner of Bennelong Parkway & Bicentennial Drive.

If you’re arriving by train, Concord West train station is closer to the venue than Olympic Park train station.
