Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea plus filled drinking bottles need to be provided by the parents (no nuts onsite). We need building access prior to commencement as well as afterwards to move equipment. We need reserved parking access in your loading dock or equivalent as close as possible to the program venue. We need to know your onsite safety induction requirements. Your room needs to be large enough to fit the children comfortably and meet COVID restrictions. Program venue must have easy access to bathrooms for the children on the same level as the activity room. The room will need at least 8 trestle-size tables and 4 chairs, with ideally a whiteboard if possible (not a necessity, just handy). A sink with running water and access to two electrical outlets. Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm. Sign-in needs to occur at 8:30am and the last child to leave the site at 5:30pm sharp. During Social Distancing – Contact us and we’ll tailor a program to suit both your school and the State’s social distancing requirements.
