Chemistry of Giant Bubbles Investigate the effects of surface tension and changing the bubble mixture chemistry. 2. Sherbet Making Witness how specific ingredients combine to create an endothermic chemical reaction. 3. Slime Making Learn to follow a scientific procedure and problem-solve to achieve the perfect polymer consistency. While we have a bunch of fun, we also focus on teaching fair testing of variables and clearly communicating results. We also include a rocket launch to demonstrate that even small variables can have a big influence on the final result… plus, to be honest, who doesn’t like a rocket? ☀️ Site Requirement: This workshop is best run outdoors on a grassed area near a table. An undercover area or verandah is a perfect backup for rainy days. .
