Investigate life cycles and ecological relationships in a fun interactive workshop

🧸 Preschool & Early Learning

Early Biology: Hands-on Life Science

Immersive, sensory investigations into the living world!

Your early learning centre becomes a living laboratory! Children gain a deep appreciation for the complexity of life through immersive, hands-on biological exploration. Designed for discovery, children rove among interactive stations to investigate the fascinating relationships between plants and animals.

What we explore:

  • 🐛 Mini-beasts: Identification and grouping specimens.
  • 🌱 Life Cycles: Plant and animal ecological relationships.
  • 🕵️ Field Techniques: How biologists track and find animals.
  • 🌸 Botany: Detailed investigation into flower structures.
  • 🎭 Adaptation: Camouflage and animal survival techniques.

“The children were so engaged and haven’t stopped talking about the mini-beasts!” — Papilio Early Learning

✨ Creating wonder from an early age

We’ve run early childhood visits since 2004. We leverage our founder’s expertise in advising preschool teachers to ensure science is delivered the way kids love.

Led by a Churchill Fellow, we believe every child deserves a high-calibre experience that inspires wonder and sets the foundation for lifelong discovery.

Ellerman Child Care Centre

We thought it was fantastic, enjoyable and inspiring. Great variety of hands on resources... the presenter did not patronise the children. The children were talking about their 'learnings' all afternoon! Highly informative and entertaining!

What do the kids get to do?

Following a sensory exploration of sounds from the outdoors, your children explore the hands-on stations on living things. Here, they learn about plants and animals plus how biologists study the natural world. It’s an immersive experience designed to help early learners understand life cycles, habitats, and ecological relationships.

Duration

The program is perfectly paced for younger attention spans, combining interactive demonstrations and station-based activities during the interactive 60 minutes.
