Career School connects students with a diverse range of professionals across sectors, backgrounds, and cultures. Students gain realistic insights into the workplace by speaking directly with those in it—something they value more than classroom explanations. Multiple encounters challenge assumptions, update career thinking, and broaden labour market understanding. Parents receive a career action plan to help guide and support their teen’s exploration. Workbook and journal – Each student uses for guided discussions with parents Requirements Appropriate for Years 7 to 9 for 50 to 100 students plus parents per workshop Student to be accompanied by a parent or carer. Chairs are required for students and parents Trestle tables arranged around the room Access to 2 electrical power sockets Duration 90 minutes, set up time 30 minutes and pack up time 30 minutes For us to provide the best possible learning experience, the materials used during the presentation may be varied to suit the conditions and the audience.
