Safety & Show FAQ Is the ice cream safe to eat? Absolutely! The nitrogen is used only as a cooling agent and evaporates completely. The result is a delicious, safe treat that kids love. How do you manage safety? We require children to stay 2 metres back from the desk. A little extra parental help to ensure they don’t rush forward is always appreciated!
