  • Investigate optical fibre and it’s use in hi-speed broadband technology
  • Find out about your colour vision; can you see all of the spectrum?
  • Mix creative colour changing chemical concoctions, see illusions and more!

From absorption to reflection, your kids will have a ball plus will gain a strong understanding of light and it’s applications in everyday life. This performance can also be viewed as a LIVE web conference anywhere in the world!

Requirements

 

  • The ability to darken the room is essential. Choose the best room you have wherever possible.
  • Appropriate for ages 5 and up with a maximum of 30 students per class,
  • 10 Tables arranged around a room. Chairs are not required.
  • Access to 3 electrical power sockets.
  • Duration 60 minutes, set up time 45 minutes and pack up time 45 minutes.For us to provide the best possible learning experience, the materials used during the presentation may be varied to suit the conditions and the audience. Please chat with our presenter if there is a particular focus that you’d like us to cover.

 

Cost

  • $450 inc. GST for a 60 minute workshop or $540 for a 90 minute workshop.
  • $690 inc. GST for a 60 minute show with 60 kids.
  • Available as a video conference at $150 inc. GST per class anywhere around the world.
