We have been running space science parties since 2010, having launched our very first science party back in 2004. Requirements 🚀 Mission Logistics Space Science: Requirements 🛰️ Launchpad Setup 🎂 Age Profile: 5 years and up. 🏠 Space: Garage, veranda, or lounge. Outdoors needed for slime. 💧 Utilities: Running water, power, & 2 towels. ⏰ Duration: 60 minutes (+30 min set up/pack up). No outdoor space? No worries! If you can’t go outside, we pivot! We substitute slime for edible sherbet making and an extended indoor science show. ✨ Always flexible, always fun Mission Briefing (FAQ) Are the space activities fun? Yes! Between launching rockets and making alien slime, kids are constantly in on the action. We use humor and high-energy demos to keep the mission on track. How messy is the “Alien Slime”? It’s tactile and fun, but we’ve run thousands of parties since 2004. We manage the mess, use non-staining materials, and ensure the lab is clean before we blast off. What if we have a range of ages? Space science is for everyone! Our presenters adjust the “scientific jargon” to suit the audience, ensuring younger astronauts and older flight directors all have a blast. What happens if it rains? The mission is weather-proof! We move the launch to a garage or lounge and focus on our awesome indoor vacuum chamber and light experiments.
