Australian ACARA Content Outcomes

Science F-10 (Version 9.0)

Our regional science tours are meticulously mapped against the Australian National Curriculum. We bring a diverse range of over 40 award-winning workshops to remote areas, addressing multiple outcomes across the Biological, Chemical, Earth & Space, and Physical sciences. This ensures your students receive a comprehensive STEM education that bridges the geographic gap.

Curriculum enrichment opportunities designed to meet the specific needs of regional and remote student cohorts.

State Syllabus Outcomes

NSW Science & Technology Syllabus

Our regional visits address a wide array of outcomes within the NSW Science and Technology K–6 Syllabus. We specialize in tailoring our rotating experiment sets to match your school’s specific Stage 1, 2, or 3 requirements, ensuring deep curriculum integration regardless of your location.

VIC Curriculum F–10 (Version 2.0)

For our Victorian tours, all workshops are mapped rigorously against the VIC Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0. We are committed to providing regional Victorian students with high-quality, inquiry-based STEM experiences that fulfill VCAA requirements for Science and Digital Technologies.

Mapping covers over 40 individual workshops across Physical, Chemical, Biological, and Earth & Space sciences.

School Testimonials

Bourke - Walgett School of Distance Education

The presenter was enthusiastic and animated about all things scientific... his presentations were exciting for the students. The programmes specifically suited the stage level and worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the range and complexity of the equipment provided and the generous 'hand-on' use of it. A very valuable resource.

Silverton & School the Air Broken Hill

Just wanted to thank Quill for her awesome science activities at our mini school in Silverton last week. I didn't get to say goodbye to her on Friday morning - she was fantastic and the kids have been talking about nothing else since!

Arranging a visit for your remote or regional school

Tips for Regional School Science Visits

🤝 Network with Principals

Work with your regional network to coordinate school camps or back-to-back visits to share travel costs and work within your budget.

💰 Funding Opportunities

Consider a Schools Plus Funding Drive to purchase resources like robotics, which we can then help students master.

🍎 Staff Development

We run STEM PD programmes during staff meetings or pupil-free days—a great hands-on alternative to e-learning!

🎡 Community Events

We can coordinate our visit with your local agricultural show to maximise community engagement.

💡 Pro Tip: Science workshops are best capped at 30 students for maximum hands-on time. If you have a larger audience, consider a large school show in a central room where classes can rotate through easily.
