From the chemistry of digestion to the science of mucus, every child is fully immersed in hands-on experiments that are as educational as they are disgusting. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Old clothes and an easy-clean site required! A lot of food colouring is used in this party. Please ensure your guests are not allergic to food colouring and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy. Requirements 🧪 Party Logistics Gross Science: Requirements 🤢 Laboratory Setup 🎂 Age Group: 7 to 12 years. 🏠 Space: Covered outdoor area is required. 🧼 Dress Code: Old clothes (mess is guaranteed!). 💧 Utilities: Access to running water is essential. ⏰ Duration: 60 minutes (+30 min set up/pack up). Strictly Outdoors Only Because we’re making fake vomit, snot, and gooey wounds, this program cannot be run indoors. A garage, carport, or veranda can work but you will need to hose it afterwards. 🚫 No Indoor Space suitable Lab Briefing (FAQ) Will the mess stain our area? No. All our “gross” ingredients are water-based and non-toxic. We manage the cleanup during the session and the site can be easily hosed or wiped down afterwards. Is it actually fun for the kids? It’s a massive hit! Kids naturally love the “eww” factor, and our presenters are experts at making the biology and chemistry behind the grossness highly entertaining. What should kids wear? Old clothes are a must! While our food colouring and slime are water-based, it’s better for everyone if the kids can get messy without worrying about their best outfit. Can younger kids join? While designed for ages 7+, younger siblings can join the fun. We just suggest having an adult handy to help them with the more “technical” slime-making steps.
